Once upon the time, the medical profession was there for us to help us when we were sick. These days to seek medical help is a major crime against humanity. Why? It is simple really: “You can spread the Virus!!!!!”  The question remains – What makes SARS-CoV-2 so different to other contagious diseases?

Sydneysiders with Covid symptoms have been urged not to visit their GP, medical centres or pharmacists to avoid infecting other patients. NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian on Monday specifically asked those who had even ‘the mildest of symptoms’ to stay away from doctors and chemists and instead head straight to a Covid testing site. ‘We are seeing people, unfortunately, turn up to waiting rooms of medical centres or GP clinics or going into pharmacies when they have got symptoms and unintentionally passing the virus onto other people in the waiting area,’ she said.

‘We need to make sure if you have symptoms, your first stop should be to the Covid test and stay home until you get the results and you get the health advice.’ Those with symptoms who need urgent care are instead urged to call NSW Health for advice on what they should do, before making the decision to leave home and visit a facility.‘If you have symptoms and you need medical attention, please call us and that medical attention will arrive,’ the NSW premier added.

‘But we don’t want to run the risk of people having symptoms, going to a work place or medical centre and spreading the virus. That is really important to stress.’ (LINK)
